A message dated May 5, 2003, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 59(FIN) am with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                  
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 59(FIN)                                                    
     "An Act relating to the evaluation and cleanup of sites where                                  
     certain controlled substances may have been manufactured or
